TT&T Properties will locate desirable housing convenient to our students’ places of study. We will then partner with the parents and/or care-givers in order to purchase the property of their choice. The student will live rent FREE during the study period (usually 5 years) while TT&T Properties find other suitable students to share the home and their rent will pay the mortgage.
This opportunity will save both the student and the parent/care-giver time and money. You are saving time simply because the student is not spending time looking for a place to move at the end of each year. The student is not calling home when something is wrong with the property and no one is coming to fix it. TT&T Properties will be available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year to take care of the property. You are saving money because you will make money on your initial investment which is realized from the rent that is collected from the other students as well as from the equity that is built up in the property. Your child/children will be able to relax, study, have peace of mind, focus and will not have to pay the school to repeat any classes.
