The Founders of TT&T Properties Inc. are property owners and investors just like you. We have many years of experience in helping home owners and investors achieve their dream. We work with individuals who desire to live or invest in the Greater Toronto Area of Ontario as well as Orlando, Florida. We also partner with parents and/or care-givers to provide alternative to student housing in these areas (this means that the student will live rent free while they are studying).
If you are like many people, the dream of owning a home or an investment property sometimes seems unattainable. Even if you are already a homeowner, the thought of having enough money to invest in additional properties may seem implausible. Not to worry, we will take you through the entire process, and make investing in real estate a reality, even if you have little money to invest and even if your credit is not excellent.
On the other hand, if you are a seasoned investor we will assist with finding the ideal property, fixing the property if required as well as partnering if necessary. Joint Venture Partnership is one of our specialties. We will assist in whatever is necessary to make the investment a reality.
